DOCX From Dynamic Template - unable to insert Apostrophe (') as a text in the XML

Hi, 

We have text which has Apostrophe in it for  eg: Name with Apostrophe in it (Katie O'Mahony) . Since it is a XML field, We cant use it directly in XML field. Escape characters also not parsed in created document. Can you please help us in getting document generated with apostrophe in the text field. 

And also let us know which escape tag needs to be used for Apostrophe insertion.

Sample XML :<followerlist abc='xxx' name='Katie O'Mahony' />
