We're trying to design a web crawling process that can scrap the website's data into meaningful formats such as excel.

Is there a way to achieve this ?...

You could look into the HTTP Query Smart Service which may be of help. Link to the documentation below -

Alternately, you could also develop your own custom plugin for the same purpose which Appian supports.
