I am getting the above duplicate data on the right side part of the screenshot as mentioned in the screenshot within the excel cells that are not mentioned with in the cdt to excel plugin smart service config. Can anyone provide the reason why this might be coming up.

Check the cdt and related expression rule so that for each column field proper value assignment is present in the output. If CDT has data with proper formatting then excel will have it too.
