After upgrading version of SFTP Plugin to 4.1.1 and using SFTP Send File new smart service file permission issue is occuring.Note - Previous we were using Send File Over SFTP (Basic Credential).Please provide the information why it is occuring this is on priority for me

E.g. what "file permission issue" are you talking about?
Do you see any info in the tomcat stdout log file?
OK. So this is not about file permissions, but about the server not allowing you to transfer this file to that location.
Do you have access to the team running that server? They might be able to check on their side.
