Mail Poller Error

Hi Team, 
 I'm using Mail Poller plugin for reading the emails from mailbox, but I'm getting the following error message, it is not reading the emails. Any idea? ErrorMessage - Error executing the request TimeLimitReached - false

It might be caused by intermittent network issues, incorrect credentials or configuration in general. So verify that service account has proper access as well as credentials and configurations are accurate.

It's supposed to be a connection or authentication failure.
We need more error details, but still, here are a few basic things to check.
Still Check:
Correct IMAP/POP3 credentials, App password (if MFA is enabled), IMAP enabled in mailbox settings, Correct port & SSL config.
