There is one smart service DOCX to HTML by Vuram but that is not working. It was updated 4 years ago.
I need some other recommended method to so that. Anyone who did this ?? Need an urgent fix

Since the Vuram plugin is outdated, the most stable and recommended approach is to split this into a two-step process using active, modern AppMarket plugins:
Convert DOCX to PDF: Use the Advanced Document CleanUp and Conversion plugin (or the native Convert DOCX to PDF smart service if available in your environment version). This handles the document structures cleanly without rendering bugs.
Convert PDF to HTML: Use the PDF Tools plugin, which features a PDF to HTML smart service node.
