The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. I'm using the MS Word 2007 Doc from Template in that smart service, but when the document is uploaded, it still replaces a few value tags even though the replacement values are already present.

Can you clarify what you mean by this part? I'm having trouble following. Perhaps a screenshot snippet of what you're seeing in the Appian node, versus what you expect and/or a screenshot of the comparative replacement keys in the template file.
