Is there any method by which an Appian generated email could provide an approve/disapprove button in Outlook that could be then consumed by Appian once acted upon. The intent is to not have to have the approver come into Appian for that action....

An email containing process information can be sent to a user.The user can reply back to the original email with "Approved" or "Rejected" keyword. This email will be received in Appian mail server and…

An email containing process information can be sent to a user.The user can reply back to the original email with "Approved" or "Rejected" keyword.
This email will be received in Appian mail server and a process will be triggered. The process will read the email body and will be able to action accordingly.
