I was just looking at the SAIL Entity Picker shared component -- the Record says it's compatible with 7.0. Does that mean it's compatible with ONLY 7.0, or does it mean 7.0+ ?...

Typically, this means that the shared component is compatible with all versions of Appian 7.x.
