I have used the IFM Manager to add in 3 new variables (these exist in a newly published process model) to older instances of a process model. Then I set them to a default variable. These process variables show up in the old instances under the process details. However, when I try to report off them or put them on a dashboard, I can only see the instances that were initiated after the process model was republished. Does anyone know why this is the case?
Thanks
