I'm trying to use the Move to FileSystem smart service in Filesystem Utilities Plugin.
I keep getting a "directory cannot be created" error when we move a file from Appian documents to a shared drive (\\\\share\\dev\\MO\\Appian\\Rpt\\).
We've checked the user's permission and that is not an issue. We also mounted the drive and we passed in the drive letter and that did not work either.

Any other ideas?
Has anyone else run into this error?

As forum.appian.com has been decommissioned, this solution is no longer accessible. Is there a way you could make this available Eduardo / paste the solution in a reply here?

There is not a problem as long as the user gives their consent. We also tried mounting the drive and passing in the drive letter, but none of these solutions proved successful. driving directions
