now getPortalReportDataSubset is not returning any data but portal report shows data. I am working on 7.7 version

1. Can you run your getPortalReportDataSubset () in the Rules Interface to see how the data is being returned
2. What's the Formatting used in the column of the Portal Report?
3. What's the definition of the column in the Portal Report?

In portal report data is coming but getPortalReportDataSubset returns ;;;;; only

Did you already tried changing "Normal Text" to "Number" and process_duration() to =todecimal(process_duration())

Works for me on 7.7 if using "Number" and =todecimal( process_duration()) and the SAIL code below. In my example the second column is the one with the process duration.
