Can we redirect to different domain in servlet plugin?

Yes you can do this but it would be interesting to know why you are doing the redirect in the servlet plug-in instead of using a link.

we are doing this because of lack of functionality in appian to refresh task report when update happens in backend process. The link doesn't get refreshed.
