I developed & deployed a smart service plugin on Appian 7.7 Hot fix B environment. It's got installed successfully. When I try to configure & save the process it keeps on waiting. Basically I'm not able to save process if it includes this particular plugin.
Same environment have other custom plugins as well which works fine. Any one have faced same issue? Appreciate for any help

There might be something wrong with your plug-in. Can you still drag and drop a new node of its type?

I suggest you also monitor the application-server.log when reproducing the issue to find out what the error is.

I'm able to drag & drop as well able to configure input - output of plugin. There is no error in app-server log while saving process having this plugin.

Can you check the versions of the model to see if indeed it's being saved?

I tried doing the same and Found that there is a logical error in my Code. Then I modified my code, Created another Version and Deployed it. And it started working fine.May be it would be good if the code is rechecked again and deployed
