I have gone through that documentation.

I would like to design multiple servlets for the following.

1. Initiate the process with start form
2. Get the status of the process
3. Handling exception if there is any error in any node/activity.

Kindly share me sample servlet that is implemented for the above activities.

I'm not sure why you would need a servlet for this..

1) Do you want to initiate from a 3rd party web-page?

2) You can use Appian 7.9 or higher Web API feature for this.. design a webapi that calls a!queryProcessAnalytics() for a process report to fetch status.

3) Any reason why you would not use exception handling boundary events on the nodes?

Yes i would like to initiate from 3rd Party Page using servlets (Already did this by exposing process model as a web service).

Also i would like to write a servlet that should able to update process variable if there is any exception during the process.
