I'm encountering this error when trying to execute a smart service plugin th

I'm encountering this error when trying to execute a smart service plugin that uses the secure credentials store. I have already added the plugin to the Plugin List in the appropriate scs key entry in the Admin Console. Also tried restarting the app server just in case.

On 7.10

"com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.AppianException: This plug-in [com.foo] is not registered to access secured values for the given external system key ["bar"]. Check the external systemâs plug-ins list in the Administration Console. (APNX-1-4229-003)"

Does anyone have ideas?
