We are having problems with special characters not appearing correctly when we import them. An example of this would be the tilde character in Spanish, such as in this example "ALLIANCE HEALTHCARE ESPAÑA,S.A.".
The Plugin Name is :: Parse_CSV_File_Plug-in_1.4.0.jar
The issue appears to be environment related. When we run in an environment that is hosted on a Linux box, the special character gets interpreted as garbage. See attached screen shot.
When our developers (Princeton Blue) run it on their local machines, the characters appear correctly.
Also, this issue only seems to be occurring in files that are imported.
If I copy the name with the tilde or any other types of foreign characters such as Mandarin directly into a comments box in Appian, the format appears correctly.
