Hi!
While I am passing generated DOCX document through Advanced document Templating to "PDF from DOCX" smart service, I am getting below error.

"There is a problem with task “PDF from DOCX” in the process “Advanced_Document _Templating_test”. org.docx4j.openpackaging.exceptions.Docx4JException: Exception exporting package"

Can anyone help me out on this to resolve!!

Can you check if restarting the app server solves the problem?

I'm thinking the plug-in might susceptible to a class loader issue. Let me know the result of restarting the app server to confirm.

Hi All,

We have started receiving the same error in production environment and only temporary solution which works now is to restart the server. But issue reappears again in 1 or 2 days. Does anybody know the root cause and permanent solution for this problem.
