Hi Team,
Some of our "Records" are displaying sensitive information ; as per compliance policies we should log the user details every time he views the same. From forums I understand that this information is available in "records_usage.csv". How to read this file and is this file re-created every day. We need some guidance on how to access/process this file

In terms of how to read the file, please see
forum.appian.com/.../Logging.html
. This file is not automatically recreated everyday. It will continue to grow until the maximum file size specified in appian_log4j.properties is reached (see
forum.appian.com/.../Logging.html
). You can periodically back-up this file by running the cleanup script
forum.appian.com/.../Post-Install_Configurations.html
, by running a scheduled task on the host machine that creates a copy of the file, by simply copying and pasting the file to a location of your choice, or through any other standard archival method for files including external hard drives, automatic cloud synchronization, etc.
