I haven't seen any shared components which can achieve this, unfortunately. As a workaround, would it be possible for you to change the server information in the existing data source to point to the new database instead of just creating a new data source?

Hi Naveen - starting 16.1, you no longer need to explicitly re map and publish the data source when you are modifying any of the existing mapped CDT to DS. Appian will take care of it and will map it to DS automatically. In order to enable this, there is a one time admin console specific configuration that needs to be done.
