LDAP User Profile Synchronization With Usernames:
I am using the LDAP Sync plugin with Appian 7.2 . We have tested the config details with JXplorer successfully.
When monitoring the variables , the process runs through successfully
Result --> "The user synchronization with the LDAP directory completed successfully"
But no users and created or updated. ...

I've noticed this issue when the URL you define in JXplorer requires a slight tweak to the one defined via the plugin. I suggest you enable logging for this plugin and check the logs to find out what is the URL that's being fired. If my memory serves me right, the Filter definition should be from the context of BaseDN definition and should not include the BaseDN again (or vice versa).
