The recommended approach to customizing the user creation email outlined here (forum.appian.com/.../kb-1131.html) includes the "Create user with i18n" node from the personalization utilities plugin.

I don't have access to an environment to deploy this on. Can anyone confirm how the user would receive their password? Is it an input or output of this node?

The password can be specified in the node input and can also be marked as temporary so users are able to change it on first login.

Just to note, we will also use this as a workaround for the first-time login not using homepage issue. (Users are not directed to the homepage when using the password reset JSP page)
