Looks like the document function can do that:

You can get it by using the document function,
document(documentID,"folderId")
Look at the below documentation to fecth more details :

Since it is tagged as #Plugins, I am thinking of this. Try documentObject.getParent(). This will give you the documents parent folder object and from there you can go for folder id
