Hi,
I am trying to use the SFTP Smart Services plug-in in Appian 7.5 but it's not showing in process Palette. I did check the versions this plugin support and 7.5 is one of them. So I should be able to use it but its not appearing anywhere. Also restarting Appian didn't help me either. So, Can anyone suggest me anything to use it in 7.5 please?
Thanks,
Varnika

Can you please post the logs as an attachment as well? Interested in seeing if there was an error message when attempting to deploy the plugin

Logs are attached. However, I tried to use the other smart service- SFTP with Private Key but during its testing I am getting connection timed out error.
Here are the values that I am passing to it's input parameters:
Hostname - IP Address of the machine (
www.myipaddress.com/.../)
Port: 22
Username: window's username
password: window's password
Remote file Path: "/"
Documents to send: "Test File"
Can you please let me know if I am doing something wrong here?
Thanks for all your help,
Varnika

The issue has been resolved By Appian. It was plugin's java files that were compiled with Java 8 and needs to be compiled with Java 7 because Appian 7.5 uses Java 7 version. Also there is some setting in eclipse (overwriting the class files to the Java 7 compiled versions) that needs to be o turned off during compilation. Thanks!
