#Appian16.2 using Execute Stored Procedure Smart Service, not showing any Result

#Appian16.2 using Execute Stored Procedure Smart Service, not showing any Result in output parameter Tab like success and error msg, and also not getting input and output parameter in output while calling from expression rule.

Output from Rule
[success:true,error:,parameters:[],result:]

Thanks Sanjay, i am able to get result set as per the document but i want output as in like SP Execute Status, Error msg if anything etc.
