#Advance call webservice

In our application we are using advanced call web-service plugin for converting the document into base64 format and 2-way SSL. we had no issues when we are on Appian 7.10, but once we upgraded to 16.2, the Smart Service is not available in designer and Admin Console. But when we checked in the app server logs, we confirmed it is installed in our 16.2 environment.
when our admin tried to re-added to jar, the following error which is attached to the post has been displayed.
Did anybody have faced this similar issue? I appreciate any help.
1) is this issue caused because of deleting the CDT's from that environment which was initially created? If so, in our development environment we didn't delete the CDT which are initially created.
2) when we upgraded our Dev Env from 7.10 to 16.2 , we are able to see advanced web service call smart service in designer. After we restarted the JBoss server it is...
