SAIL to PDF generation

I was wondering how feasible it would be to create to tSAIL to PDF generation plugin using http://wkhtmltopdf.org.

Yes, I've actually used those components in the past. In my experience those plugins require quite a bit of development and have some caveats.

Right now we are having users generate snapshots at specific steps of the process. This is the approach recommended by Appian (see forum.appian.com/.../Generating_Documents.html). However, it would be nice to have automation in this respect to improve user experience and data integrity.
