PDF from DOCX is not giving proper PDF

I am trying to convert attached TestDoc MS word file to PDF. Header part and separater line is not reflecting in PDF.

Can anyone please suggest what could be the reason. Thanks.

Hello Piyusha, i think one solution for your problem is to create an invisible table and add rows to give the formatting for your pdf to show correctly.
Please inform if this solves your problem
