how to tie a process to a calendar event?

I am using the Calendar View shared component.

The scheduling event sent out the event task to the assignee fine, but the task get assigned shows "Task Assigned- Needs SAIL form". It is a blank page.
My guess is it has not tied the event to a particular process which will show the form in the task assignment, does anyone know how to do that?

Hello,
Can you please monitor the process instance and see the user input task initiated ?
If you are able to process instance then I think Process form is getting assigned to user , which don't have any form.
