Export Patch Api

Hello All,

I have a requirement to create plug-in where we need to create patch . I know there are api's to import and inspect patch. Anyone aware of any java api where we can create or export patch ?

AFAIK, At present there isn't a Java API for exporting patch. There is an interface ImportExportService, but it doesn't contain any method to export an application or patch.
