Plug-Ins
Export To Excel Plugin

Hi All,
As of now we are using "com.appiancorp.analytics.excel_exportv2-3.2 " jar for "Export To Excel" plugin, when we try to drag from Palette to Canvas we are not able to see the plugin in Canvas. Also we have referred to below link and we are not sure what will be the issues we will be facing if we update the latest version of the plugin. We tried restarting the server after the deployment of the same version but no luck.

Please let us know what needs to be done for getting this plugin work.
Thank You!!

Have you checked the logs to ensure deployment of the plugin was successful with no warnings or errors?

As Ashivin mentioned this looks like the plugin has not been deployed. Look for the errors and if there are none then try removing the plugin so that it gets un-deployed and then deploy it again.

No, the log says plugin deployment is successful. In fact the process is running smooth with the smart node.
Wondering why that is not editable and not able to drag into canvas.

Try clearing your cache on the browser. If it still doesnt work, try clearing JBOSS cache under work/tmp folder

It seems you are using a plugin that is no longer supported or compatible with 16.3. Please replace all usages of with "Excel Tools" -
