Issues with Twilio's Make Phone Call smart service

Hi All,
I am getting the below during runtime when i try to use Twilio's Make Phone Call smart service.
This plug-in [com.visionpointsystems.appianplugins.twilioutils2] is not registered to access secured values for the given external system key [8fcf1734d9651904ece1b56959397423]. Check the external system’s plug-ins list in the Administration Console.

I have verified in the Admin console the plug-in is available. Please help me on this.

You have to Configure the SCS entry to allow the plugin to have permission.

@jims - Could you please help me on this SCS entry configuration stuff , where i have to configure exactly and share me the procedure if you have any.
