Docx2PDF Plugin Error

Hi,
We are trying to convert a docx document to a PDF using a custom plugin to get the document's 'table of contents' printed in the PDF document.

We are getting the error attached in the document. Any help appreciated.

We tried with a standalone class where it works fine, but appian plugin is throwing this error.

Thank you for attaching the log. Which App Server and version are you using? The error indicates a conflict with a referenced library in the plugin to a library that already exists..

There must be some version mismatch on XMLReader in your appian environment. Worth checking.
