Error in Export to Excel smart service - No such file or directory

Well try all the comments the other guys suggested, but please upload an excel document and place it as “base template” you need that file because the plugin cannot create a file without it.

Note: you cannot add too much formatting to the excel you use as base file because it detects you have information(value) in the cell.
