Could you please let me know whether we have any limitation on number of rows in Excel by using getdatasubsetdownloadlinkfromprocess. Can i able to export excel sheet with around 1 million records by batching Qery entity and using getdatasubsetdownloadlinkfromprocess. Used case is to export the Excel from UI Screen/Records with million record. Please advise on this.

I'd wager that you'd run into a timeout trying to export that volume of data. Even without technical obstacles, your users probably won't be terribly happy waiting minutes for their excel export to complete. I'd suggest a batch process that runs overnight instead.

It might also be worth noting that Excel itself has a hard limit of approximately 1 million rows:

I'd be curious to know what the use case is for having so many rows, especially in a single spreadsheet.

Even i had such a requirement of exporting 2lakh records in to an excel. But the appian fails in doing so. So i had to export in batches of 8,000 per sheet. Then the user collated the data manually from multiple exported sheets.
