Does the plugin support Appian 16.2? I have downloaded the demo App provided by you and tried to executed the process, but it gives me the below error. Could you please help.

org.xml.sax.SAXException: SAX2 driver class org.xml.sax.XMLReader loaded but cannot be instantiated (no empty public constructor?)java.lang.InstantiationException: org.xml.sax.XMLReader

We're successfully using the Advanced Document Template plugin in Appian 16.2 on-site. However, I cannot help with that error message. Try to re-download and re-deploy the plugin.

@nikitar890 i recommend try undeploy the plugin and again redeploy into the server, if still do not work then try deploying the same plugin into another server where 16.2 is running, this will let you to know the exact cause of this issue
