Store body html email template Appian Cloud

Hi all,

our requirement is to store the body of an HTML email template on the DB. We are using the On-Cloud 16.2 version of Appian.

Has anyone reached this result using the standard Appian Functions? How can we install a plug-in cloud approved on the Cloud version of Appian?

If you want a plug-in installed on a cloud environment I believe it's a request to support to install it.

As of 17.1 installation of plugins on cloud can be done through the admin console. Given an HTML email template is simply text, I'd have thought storing this in the database would be pretty simple...

@marco, where is the template stored? is it a file?

Yes it is an html template stored in a document folder on appian

Does any one have a option to save the sent email on "Send email" smart service to appian Documents folder ?
