Send Email - From Configuration

Question

In one of our environments we are seeing some strange values in our From configuration drop down in the Send Email node. 
 The Sender value in the actual emails is also displaying differently than the way it is working in our lower envs (in lower envs, the Sender in the email shows as the Process Initiator display name as desired). 
 "From" values are showing as: ???address.process.displayName???, etc 
 
 Other envs look normal: 
 
 Any ideas what could be causing this?

Do you have your language resource files in the higher environment? They would be named "email-address-config-custom_xx_YY.properties" and should reside in "<APPIAN_HOME>/ear/suite.ear/resources/text/jsp/WEB-INF/conf/process/" 
 
 "xx_YY" would most likely be "en_US" in your case.

michaelm410, can you double check for " email-address-config-custom_US.properties" under "<APPIAN_HOME>/ear/suite.ear/resources/text/jsp/WEB-INF/conf/process" and add the missing custom senders in the below format and make sure address name are mapped properly in the "email-address-config.xml"
