Ok so what i would like to do is modify body for mail that notify task assignees of new task via email.
if there is no way to change this auto-message, i was thinking in disable this notify from process assignment and add a send message with "Send E-Mail" after all tasks i need to do it. do you think is this a best practice?
Thanks

hi Justin Watts , Do you know if this feature still exist in v18.1?? As Community no longer exist, I dont see a place that I could config my default mail headers and footer.
Moreover, inside the script the mentioned in your line, I could only find a line <configuration-object name="email-template" type="com.appiancorp.common.initialize.LoadEmailTemplates"/> without content.
Do you mean I need set up my own Email templates, then call it from its location using the line above?
Thanks in advance.
hi Justin Watts Oh I have found the solution. Despite the Community tag is missing from Runtime Data and Designer page, the emailHeader and emailFooter are still remained as the default document objects and would be created once Appian get Installed. They could be found by selecting "OBJECTS" (as they do not belong to any application) then filter by "Document"; Upload the new version of the objects, then the effect would be taken and reflected in the task notification emails (task notification Only instead of other custom email).
Thank you so much.
