Process
Process is not starting on timer / schedule

I have a process model with a timer set on the start node to trigger every 2 minutes. After deploying the application to a different environment the process never started. I tried republishing but it didn't anyway. No records in /designer, no alerts or warnings.

Hi Mr.osuvorov, Good Day!!! Go to Timer -> Setup in Start Node and Click "Show Advanced Options" to check whether any timer conditions/expressions defined which may be a reason for blocking the trigger…

As your process gets triggered every 2 minutes, i am assuming that you would have configured the timer as recurring schedule and AFAIK Recurring schedules continue executing when you've launched the process model once.
Try launching the process model manually or using any other mechanism(action/sub-process etc) and see if it works.

Hi nitesht,
I tried it - it works when you start it manually, but then it didn't start on schedule.

It might be due to the schedule delay setup..Is it worth putting your timer setup screen shot here??Also, for recurring schedule min allowed time in 5 min so was eager to see how you have configured your timer.

Got the same question here, I see that minimum recurring interval value is 5 minutes. Not sure how 2 minutes has been set. Will it be possible to provide the screen shot here?

Totally with you on this as it clearly says "Minutes interval must be set to a whole number equal to or greater than 5 minutes"
Thanks
