Can we restrict task reassignment such that the Manager can reassign the tasks only within its group and not outside the group?
Even If at all we make a process model, how can we still restrict the user to reassign the tasks within its own group itself....

if you implement an in-process solution to handle task reassignment, it becomes fairly easy to check that the reassignment target is a member of the same group as the manager in question.
