Can we restrict task reassignment such that the Manager can reassign the tasks only within its group and not outside the group?
Even If at all we make a process model, how can we still restrict the user to reassign the tasks within its own group itself....

ohh great the first suggestion works.
@ Priyal - the client wants the reassignment only within his/her group. They do not want the option to reassign outside the group itself. They don't want to see that option to restrict that functionality. They also don't want a manager to accept task originally assigned outside his/her group.
