1. if possible, you should just post screenshots in your post here - it's a little inconvenient and difficult reading them in a word file when each screenshot is of a full-size screen, etc.
2. you didn't include a screenshot of the value for "Data Store Entity" in your WTDS node - can you show us what you have set for that?

It seems like you haven't provided a data source entity in your "write to data store entity" node.

The highlighted field should not be empty

I have set Data Store Entity as my DT. but I am getting this error.

This error seems to be happening at the node while running the instance. The error that you posted previously was while saving the process model itself. Anyway, can you make sure that in the cdt you have added the annotaion @generatedValue against ID column. This will ensure that the primary key is automatically generated while inserting a row in the DB. If not, it will throw this error as it is not getting a value in a non nullable column.

It seems, you did not passed the value to Param3. System will not allow you to proceed when you don't pass value to the created input variable(AC). Pass the appropriate variable value to the AC

It is an auto incremental column.
