I am getting an error when I try to send emails using "Send E-Mail" service in the process model.
Basically, I am an administrator at the application level and when I try to run I am not encountering the issue.
Whenever any user is trying to run, they are encountering the below specified issue.
I have used a constant to refer 2 different groups. The user which is running the process is part of those 2 groups.
Any idea why I am getting this error.

What is the error that you are getting? Also what is the type of your constant? Is it text or email address?
Have you tried to use toEmailAddress()?
I have selected constant is of type "Group" with Array selected and value I have selected the two groups.
I have NOT used "toEmailAddress()"

Perhaps is just in my computer, but the error screenshot is impossible to read. But back to the problem, AFAIK, you can not add a group as to the parameter TO, it need to receive an email address, and even when passing an email address most of the times you need to use toEmailAddress.
Can you try to change your constant to have an email address and add the toEmailAddress function?

I need to send email to the group of people who are part of those two groups. How can I achieve this.
Oh I see,
In Appian documentation it says that to send to groups or user you need to type the group/user in the autocomplete, can you try that?
Add the groups one by one instead of the constant.
In the assignment tab, chose "Run as whoever designed this process model" option to allow the user to use this service.
Thanks for replying to my question.
I getting the same error only when the users who are part of the group.
Do I need to provide any role/privileges to the entire Group folder? or any other setup needs to be done?
Additionally, have you verified the Group Visibility is not set too restrictively on the groups you are utilizing?
