I have requirement where i need to trigger an exception path for User Input task, .If Thee active user input task does not receive any service data within given time frame, It should follow a exception path at specific time, let it be 7:30 AM EST . This should be checked daily , if by this time summary is not received , the exception flow should be triggered. kindly help me with this configuration.

Please explain what you mean with "If Thee active user input task does not receive any service data within given time frame".
But in general, did you have a look at UIT exceptions? That should give you all the options you need.

But i need to know how to set a specific time for example 7:30 AM EST in exceptions tab for timer configuration. i need my exception flow to trigger shorp at 7:30 AM EST after my User Input task is active
You define a timer which triggers at 7:30 the next day. Do the calculation like this:
datetime(year(today()), month(today()), day(today() + 1), 7, 30)

Try the userdatetime() function to create the new date in the timezone of the logged in user. Be aware that executing this in a process, will use the timezone of the process.

requirement is like a. Wait till 7.30 AM EST & then continue further in the path, currently am in EDT time zone i want change in to EST and this will be done via User Input task in Exceptions tab please guild me...
