Hello v.p prashanth Kumar Reddy,
You can use an exception and set the timer for 24 hours. On failure of task completion by the assigned user, the task will flow to a script task where you will change the status of the task and connect it to your write records/write to data store entity service.
This will do the work.
Now I am using this option "Skip this node at the date and time specified by this expression" In ExceptionIn that i want to Approve on From date to 12 hrs it have to be Approved. when node is delay.
In this I had Configure like this but it is not working.
=addhours(date(pv!applyleavewfh.fromDate) ,"2:50 PM")
for testing purpose i kept this time
This is configured in the Exceptions tab in the user input task.
I suggest to either go with just a simple duration, configured in the line above, or using the a!addDateTime() function to calculate the exception.
