My process was getting errored out at Parse XLSX file node saying
Error:

Have you verified there is nothing different about the document - does it look like all the others, etc? No weird values? Not empty?
What version of Excel Tools are you using?
Otherwise I would suggest posting in the thread for this plugin as well.

Document seems it was fine and plugin version needs to be validated will check on that once and parse xlsx node is not using as smart service in script task output defined a rule for reading the data in Excel sheet

This is my preferred method over the smart service, but unfortunately I have not encountered that error. I would definitely recommend to verify the plugin is up to date and go from there.
