Hi Appian folks!
I want to add rows dynamically in a pdf file using PDF Doc from Template smart service. I created a CDT with multiple values and mapped that variable to the pdf field. Although it won't create one row for each value.
Is it possible to create a new row in a pdf dynamically for every value in CDT using PDF Doc from Template smart service?

PDFs are not really good at this.
I would suggest one of the following:
- Generate rows dynamically with HTML and convert to PDF
- Generate PDF rows using XSL-FO
Both can be accomplished with the following plugin:

I tried converting a template to HTML and then creating PDF from HTML. The dynamic table is created but now I am not able to get image in a PDF. The image is static and it is displayed in HTML template but not in PDF. I have also converted the image into base64 string. Anything that I missed here?
Unfortunately, the conversion from HTML does not handle images but I'm pretty sure that XSL-FO does handle it (the images needs to be encoded directly in the XML though.
Otherwise, your other options are to use a commercial converter (i.e. Aspose).
