I have a simple process model which I am using to send emails. If I am sending email to person who is OOO, then I would like to collect OOO email.
In order to achieve this, I did the below setup, but still no luck.
Appreciate if someone help on this. Thanks, in advance.
In addition to the below setups, I have also added conf.suite.ANONYMOUS_ACCESS=true in the custom.properties file.

Did you configure the process model to accept "Public Events" on the General tab in model properties?
Yes Stefan, I did that setup too.
Can you trigger the process by manually sending an email to it? Once that works, are you sure that the reply email will go to that process model?
Stefan, I never tried this. Also, not sure how to trigger a process Model by sending an email.
Did you configure Appian to poll a mailing account?
In any case, I find it much easier (and more secure) to use an external email account and poll it using something like the MS Graph Email Poller.
I have configured Appian to poll a mailing account.
But still, I am unable to capture OOO email.
Any further advices please.
