I have an issue where process task instance was active at backend but in front end the task was not visible to the user
here in above screenshot in place of refresh task should come but it was coming in front end. Kindly provide if any suggestions on this

We just have no idea what you are doing and what you want to achieve.
My remote healing powers need detailed information to run.
Means like in the backend user input task was active but in front end there was no task triggered but process was active and waiting at the user input task to complete and user input task was not taking any assignees in assigned to it was null and didn't have any value
I understand "process was active and waiting at the user input task to complete". That's good and fits my assumptions.
What does "user input task was not taking any assignees in assigned to it was null and didn't have any value" mean? Is that by configuration or by accident? How do you know that?
In that screenshots, where would you expect to see these tasks?
BTW, just to get this clear. Are we talking about regular Appian processes, user input tasks and a process report ?
